Applicable Law and Resolution

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. WINGATE SCHOOL will pursue the breach of the same, as well as any improper use of its portal exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond in law. For the resolution of any controversy or question regarding the Website or these legal conditions, these will be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of Arona (S/C de Tenerife). If the User has the condition of Consumer or User according to the definitions of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November), they will be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of the User’s domicile.
